Onionhead is dedicated to emotional knowledge and intelligence, conflict resolution and life handling skills, for all ages. Because so much of the negativity in our world is out of our control, we believe hope lies in our ability to deal with problems in a respectful, mindful and loving way.  All of our materials are written with this belief in mind.

Our passion is to help make this world a more loving place.  Therefore, as a team we decided to share all of our materials for free.  As well, all materials are allowed to be shared, copied or given away.  Our mandate is to help everyone, everywhere with everyday challenges.

  • MENDING OUR MILITARY & THEIR CHILDREN

    War is never easy. Being exposed to it leaves wounds and scars.  Adjusting back into society is difficult and post traumatic stress disorder is very common.  Unfortunately, the whole family becomes affected.  We suggest using all of our materials.

  • PREVENTING SUICIDE

    Statistics show that suicide has become a daily life option.  Between 500,000 and 1 million young people attempt suicide each year.  Every 2 hours, a person under 25 completes suicide. This is an atrocity and must be stopped.  Through our materials and information, we are totally dedicated to teaching coping skills and infusing HOPE back into our society.  We suggest using all of our materials.

  • TRANSFORMING ABUSE & VIOLENCE

    Presently our media and entertainment are infused with violence and cruelty.  People of all ages now view it as an enjoyment.  Yet, it creates such tragic results when one mimics and plays it out in life. Through our materials and information, we are totally dedicated to implementing a much needed change.  We suggest using all of our materials.

  • ADDICTION

    Tragically, addiction has become socially accepted as a way of life and very often a pathway to death.  It is an emotional and spiritual bankruptcy.  In order to stop addiction, one needs guidance and tools to assist in learning to live life free of any kind of substance.  Through our materials and information, we are totally dedicated to supporting this process. We suggest using all of our materials.

  • ASSISTING AUTISM

    Today, approximately 1 in 68 children have been identified with autism or spectrum disorder.  Therefore, it is extremely important for the mainstream to learn a new way of communicating and coexisting with these souls.  Through our materials and information, we are totally dedicated to providing knowledge for a better understanding.
